Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Package and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
